Women’s Ministry

Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ,” – Ephesians 4:15

Small Groups

Titus 2 groups are groups of up to 8 women who meet monthly for a year to discuss a chapter of a specific book and to support and love each other.

Each group has a specific time and place, and each woman picks the group that is most convenient for her.

Bible Studies

Connect with other women, build relationships and learn from God’s word. We offer weekday and evening studies, as well as a one-on-one mentoring program.

Mentoring

Mentoring bridges the gap between generations and allows us to support one another. It takes effort, intention and time. It is a call God places on us. Are you interested in being a mentor or mentee?

Questions?

Men’s Ministry

“Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another.” – Proverbs 27:17

Vision Statement

To be a place where the men of Crossroads connect around the Word of God in order to actively encourage, sharpen, and spur one another on toward God-glorifying lives, careers, and relationships.

Small Groups

Groups of 6-8 men gathering weekly for 12 weeks in order to open the Word of God together or discuss topics relevant to our growth in Christ. All men, 17 years and older, are welcome regardless of where you are in your relationship with the Lord.

Groups run from February – April, June – August,  and September – December, so if you missed this round, we hope you will hop in on the next.

Men’s Nights

In the down time between small groups (January, May, August/September), we will plan times for all the men to gather together.

Some of these nights will involve teaching and others will be more social but there will always be plenty of food and time to hang out with other men that encourages and builds one another up. We may throw some other events in along the way as well. Stay connected so you know what’s happening.

Youth Ministry

The aim of our charge is love that issues from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith.” – 1 Timothy 1:5

Sunday Night Meetings

Junior and Senior High School youth meet most Sunday nights, September through May, from 5-6:30 p.m. for a time of games, teaching, and connecting with friends. The goal of these weekly meetings is to create a space where students get to know God and one another.

Retreats

Every year, our students take intentional time away to connect with God and one another. Our annual retreats serve to focus the group and provide our students with the opportunity to examine the condition of their hearts.

Mission Trips

The students will have a unique opportunity to participate in a missions trip each year. While the location of the trip may change from year to year, the goal remains for our students to have an eye-opening experience serving in an unfamiliar cultural setting. We want our students to learn to see brokenness as the effects of sin in our world and to be people who take part in God’s renewal.

REGISTRATION OPENS LATE SUMMER/EARLY FALL

Grace & Cleats has a 3rd/4th and 5th/6th boys basketball team playing in the Indiana Youth Basketball League (IYBL). In today’s youth sports, there is a lot of emphasis placed on kids to win. The scoreboard can become more important than teaching basic fundamentals in an elementary-age sport.

Our goal is to teach foundational fundamentals that will carry over into more than just basketball. Each practice has time spent on ball handling, defensive footwork, rebounding, spacing and using the backboard. Along with skills there are a few basic principles taught as a part of the program.

Effort: We are all fallen men and can never be perfect. Only Jesus was perfect. However, we can give perfect effort every time (100%).

Fear of Failure: When we have Christ there is nothing to fear. 1 John 4:18 says, “There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not been perfected in love.”

Fatigue and Frustration: These can rob us of success. You must be disciplined to fall back on the fundamentals and basics when tired or frustrated. You cannot do it on your own. You need to lean on the Lord.
